Chestnut Hill Kitchen

This renovation project involved the design/build of the first floor of a Chestnut Hill row home. The small scale design focused on maximizing the use of space while respecting the budget, a mere 7,000 USD. Only standard size cabinets and pre-made countertops were used and it was decided that no construction changes would be made to the exterior wall. Upgrades include: opening dining room wall to add peninsula, new wood flooring, new glass mosaic backsplash, cabinets, countertops and all new appliances. The project is approximately 350 square feet and was completed in the spring of 2006.
